Art Toronto 2015

Art Toronto is a modern contemporary art fair that is held every year in the core of downtown Toronto, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Running since the year 2000, Art Toronto has become one of the most important art fairs in Canada. This art fair presents us with some of the leading artwork from Canadian and International galleries as well as offers a number of lectures and panel discussions from leading world art figures.

Art Toronto kicks off with a Special Collectors Preview and Opening Night Preview. An exclusive benefit gala for The Art Gallery of Ontario, the event offers guests a lovely atmosphere to socialize over cocktails and hor d’oeuvres and has raised 5 million dollars over the years for the AGO. Tickets are limited availability to this gala as it offers guests first access to view and purchase the works as well as chat with the artists. Art Toronto then opens it’s doors to the public to purchase tickets for only $22.

The beautifully designed layout of the fair creates a fresh and exciting presentation bringing together artists and galleries with a strong ability to innovate. The Expo displays thousands of pieces for all budgets. This event caters to everyone from a first time buyer to an expert art collector, and even to those just looking to explore the City.
