Green

Mother nature's colour. Beautiful in all tones, shades and forms; green signifies healing, peace and security. After these rough couple of years, let's bring life back into our homes and daily lives as we connect in this symbolizing colour. Incorporating green through plants (real or fake) will express life in your home. Biophilic design has taken the indoor/outdoor concept connected to nature and earth. Another way to incorporate this lively colour into your home is through vibrant or natural wall paint, abstract or naturalistic wallpaper, or little accents in some home accessories that will manifest the life the colour brings into your home.

Sculptural Curves

Curved furniture, arched design and sculptural decor will be the highlight of this year's trends. The curved modular sofas, oversized chairs and bulky are juxtaposed with a soft reformed edge. These pieces allow for smooth movement and airflow around these objects. Fewer furniture companies with solid statement pieces make for open yet uniform space.

Natural Organic Textures

Displaying raw surfaces from natural materials and incorporating their unique elements into your home gives that effortless cultivated earthy essence to your home. Natural stone is eco-friendly and could be utilized in various ways, presenting riveting, rich textures in your home. The classic marble has been a trend for years, but this year we will be seeing new unique, memorable marble veinings and colourways that will inspire you in all of its glory.

Lasting Style and Sustainability

Incorporating classic materials and fabrics that will last you for a long time is a sustainable option that allows you to bring that elevated aesthetic into your home. Materials such as linen, where you can see its natural wrinkling and texture, communicate an organic appeal. Linen is durable and will last for decades when adequately maintained. A neutral colour palette with white walls and crips moulding will never go out of style. To celebrate muted colourway, incorporating classic colours like navy blues, forest greens or, black as accents colours will complement the neutral palette. Use sustainable graded paint for a healthier environment for your home inside and out.
