Even though we are all forced to switch from a salon to home, we should consider how we can establish and maintain our daily beauty routine by setting up some basic easy to follow steps.

 Step 1: Water Balance is a must!

Make sure that you consume enough water to maintain your PH level. With so much going on and sometimes there are those days when kids or work are driving us crazy, we need some relaxing time so switch to other beverages or coffee. But the truth is that your face needs hydration to keep glowing!

 

Step 2: Exfoliating is your best friend!

Even if you buy utterly expensive skin-care products, nobody will guarantee the results, except for those who advertise them. That means you should be aware of the fact that any expensive or home-made cosmetics won’t be able to penetrate through the skin, brighten and show an effect unless you exfoliate it by removing the dead skin cells. Also ration your favourite products and brands- do not over use.

Step 3 : Moisturize it immediately!

Now, as we all know washing hands from 20 seconds is mandatory. This is leaving our hands super dry as our hands are under a massive attack of anti bacterial products. In a situation like this, a cream and cuticle oil become your best friend that will save you from skin dehydration. Do use them by massaging daily, especially when you go to bed to keep them healthy. Keep that exfoliated face skin hydrated as well.

 

Step 4: Let your nails breeze!

Do not keep gel or shellac on your nails! This is a blessed time for your nails to recover from the constant damage of the modern toxic materials involved in nail design. It is much better to remove it, let them breathe and, start using nail polish that helps your nails grow! And, of course, do not forget about cuticle oil!

Step 5: Leave that hair to grow!

Stay away from the scissors even though your hands are itching to trim a little bit of your hair. The best approach that can be taken at this time is to choose a proper hair treatment, either a professional-based or home-made. Look for the recipes to enhance the hair gross, better shinning or strength.

Have your biggest focus on maintaining everything as healthy as possible!
