The Immersive Vincent Van Gogh Exhibit in downtown Toronto demonstrates the fusion between Van Gogh’s art and the tactile use of projections, renderings and technology to create a beautiful experience. By projecting moving images of Van Gogh’s art across 4 large walls and the entire floor, the exhibit really makes you feel as if you were inside one of Van Gogh’s paintings.

The exhibit is an amazing contribution and acknowledgment of Van Gogh’s work as it represents the artist’s life and paintings in a motion picture format. It reminds us of the "Loving Vincent" movie on Netflix that beautifully showed the motion of the each frame through creative filming using Van Gogh's paint strokes as the look and feel of the movie. The Immersive Vincent Van Gogh’s Exhibit was similar to that level - engaging, educational, and a must see experience.

What’s even better is that you can still visit this exhibit until the end of February, while social distancing! There are a few ways to experience the exhibit, but these are the main options; attending the “Walk Thru” exhibit and the “Gogh by Car” exhibit. Both exhibits are amazing and very much worth the trip downtown to see live art up close and in such an entertaining fashion.
