Paperbark Forest Boardwalk Agnes Water

This place is absolutely stunning and is a not-to-be-missed experience located in Agnes Water, Queensland, Australia. The steppingstones through the forest are a great way to explore, and the colours in the forest are breathtakingly beautiful. The full walk takes around 10 minutes if you are just going through but stopping and admiring all the fabulous trees is what makes this a truly unique experience. The path is not designated for people in wheelchairs or people with children because of the various steppingstones and uneven paths but definitely a great place for that person with sense of adventure.

Byron Bay Lighthouse

The Byron Bay Lighthouse is one of the town’s most visited attraction, located in Cape Byron, South Wales, Australia. It’s a steep location yet offers an eye-catching view of the Pacific Ocean. The lighthouse is still in operation and has been since 1901. Originally lighthouses used kerosene to produce the light from the lighthouse, but it has since been updated to an eight-ton dioptric first-order bivalve double flashing lens containing 60 pieces of polished prismatic glass. The lighthouse has various activities that visitors can attend. There is the Cape Byron Maritime Museum, which was once the head light-keepers office. Then one can check out the Cape Byron Lighthouse Tour which is a 20-minute tour of the lighthouse. Other popular activities include Whale Watching from the lighthouse and experiencing the beautiful sunrise from the East Coast.
