The advent of the current pandemic has led to many individuals being forced to stay home, which has resulted in many changes to their day-to-day lives. Unfortunately, this has left people with very repetitive schedules which has led to a number of people struggling to maintain a healthy routine. While some people turn to making strict timetables for their daily tasks, many have turned towards exploring and expanding their hobbies in order to pass their time.

With flour sales increasing and the complete unavailability of yeast in grocery stores, one of the biggest trends to erupt out of quarantine life is making bread at home. In addition to being a good way to spend your time, it is also a much healthier alternative than store-bought bread. Although there are many options available in local grocery stores, the idea of having soft, warm, freshly made bread is just much more appealing!

Although baking does seem like quite the task to those who usually don’t spend time in the kitchen, there are many ways in which it can be made extremely easy and fun. For those who are novices in the kitchen, and for those who can’t find yeast, the following recipes are quick, yeast-free and easy to make at home!
